When our minds are left to wander, they naturally form connections and rearrange the information we've absorbed. Free time is not only optional but necessary, to give our brain some space to play with the information we fed it.

But even in all the ways to keep our brain away from stimulation, walking is something special, when it comes to creativity.

Almost all of the original thinkers/scientists/artists embraced this act of "doing nothing" as a part of their routine.

That's why in current times, despite more free information, we have the least informed masses. They don't leave their brain unstimulated to process and ponder.

Now that I think of it, walking with someone is a really special gesture. As, you are sharing your time with them while your brains doing the most sacred thing only human brain can do.

Does that mean that we shouldn't be "walk whores" and only share this sacred act with people we value?
